Description
Having a conversation related to someones job performance is something most of us haven't been taught. Explore different concepts that can support growth based conversations that allow a team member to feel safe and supported. Not only identifying, but supporting creation, and advancement, towards career goals supports growth and we will discuss how we can approach that aspect of appraisals as well.
