Description:
Change is never easy, but the role of a leader is to guide their team through the process. This interactive, 2-hour training prepares supervisors and leaders to guide their teams through organizational change, covering why change efforts fail, sources of resistance and change fatigue, and the leadership tasks and communication that drive successful implementation.
Learning objective:
•Gain an understanding of tasks and opportunities leaders encounter as they support their team through organizational change
•Learn about four models of change management
•Discuss the practical application of change management models in supporting team members through organizational change
