This interactive training explores the essential elements of Reflective Supervision through the integration of the RIOS Framework, children’s literature, and experiential learning practices. Participants will deepen their understanding of reflective supervision while engaging in personal reflection, self-care, and identity exploration as leaders and supervisors. Attendees will actively apply the process and core elements of Reflective Supervision, examining how their own experiences and self-concept influence supervisory relationships and practice. This session also provides an opportunity to fulfill training requirements for obtaining or maintaining the Reflective Supervision add-on for endorsement while supporting ongoing professional growth and reflective practice.
